A meditation and mindfulness workshop for beginners to decrease stress and increase wellbeing.
This half-day program is for busy people who want to reduce their stress and learn how to be more present in their lives. This Workshop offers a basic understanding of mindfulness and several helpful meditation practices. Anne Arntson, accredited and skilled teacher, will guide you on how to make mindfulness a part of your everyday life. The program workbook and follow-up email will support your goal of establishing a practice of your own.
Come dress comfortably. No need to sit on the floor unless you want to, we have chairs. There will be a short break and snack.
Tuition :$50 in advance, $55 day of, space permitting. Workshop held at Source Yoga in University Place.
