The Mindful Living Project meditation group is the ideal way to stay connected and inspired. These meetings offer the opportunity to connect with a community of meditators, maintain your meditation practice, and deepen your understanding of mindfulness.
This group is open to anyone interested in mindfulness and meditation.
The format typically includes:
Group meditation practice, sitting and walking (about 30 minutes)
Mindfulness teaching or reading and discussion

Where: First Spiritualist Church, 341 2nd street SE, Puyallup
When: 5:30 - 6:45pm
No reservations are required. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
Donations (suggested $5 - $20) are welcome for the facilitators.
